3 lbs beef (cooked and drained)
15 oz can chicken broth
15 oz can beef broth
14 oz can of kidney bean
14 oz can of black beans
14 oz can of pinto beans
4 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
1 chipotle pepper
1/2 tsp brown sugar
6/8 tsp cayenne
1 tsp coffee
4 T chili powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/2 tsp coriander
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 T cumin
2 T smoked paprika

In a large pot, cook and drain beef. Add the remaining ingredients. If necessary thicken with tomato paste.
