Chicken pieces of choice, must have skin on

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons Cavenders Greek seasoning


Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and seasonings, coat chicken thickly and fry like you are making fried chicken. Once chicken is golden brown then add water and steam like til chicken is cooked. The steaming changes the chicken from fried to goopy and makes a gravy.

Mom always made this and after adding water, left it cook on low for several hours. There is not any specific seasoning quantitys to use. I remember she used a lot of garlic powder and when we started to use Cavenders she added that also.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable
