1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix without pudding
1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cold water
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water; blend well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Add poppy seeds. (If batter is to thick, add 1/4 c. more water.) Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Cake can be made in a 9x13 inch pan, bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
