Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 - 3/4 c. Milk
2 tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Egg
1 c. White Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large microwave safe bowl. Slowly add milk. Add the 1 egg and mix well. Add dry ingredients. More milk can be added if batter is too thick. Thicker batter = thicker fluffy pancakes. If you want you can add fresh blueberries, chocolate chips or something else yummy (we add a pint of blueberries). Heat a skillet or griddle at medium heat. Butter pan if it isn't non-stick. Pour some batter to make a small test pancake (the first never comes out right). Use a measuring cup, ladle or an ice cream scoop for uniform pancakes or have fun making weird shapes. When bubbles come to top of pancake, flip it. Should be golden brown. When other side is equally golden, plate up and enjoy!
