2 c. scalded mild
2 cubes butter
1 c. sugar
2 pkg yeast
6 eggs
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Add sugar and butter. Let cool to barely warm.. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and add to milk mixture. Put 4 cups of flour in a mixer. Add the milk mixture. Add one egg at a time and watch for bubbles to form between each egg added.
Add rest of the flour until it forms a sticky dough.
Roll out on counter covered with flour, cut circles with a glass. Fold the circles over and place in a buttered pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 350º until done. Rub butter on the warm tops.
