2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
4 cups cabbage, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp. butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add beaten eggs and vinegar. Stir well. Cook over hot water (double boiler) until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add butter and set aside to cool. Stir in cream. Pour over shredded cabbage.
