1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
4 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin. Dissolve over boiling water. Cool. Put into mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Turn into loaf pan that has been rinsed in cold water. Chill until firm. Slice very thin. Garnish on lettuce with tomatoes, radishes and cucumbers.
