1/2 C cooking oil
1/3 C soy sauce
1/4 C. lemon juice
2 T Prepared mustard
2 T worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic finely minced
1 t pepper
1 1/2 t salt

Meat cut into small skewer size pieces

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients except meat together mixing or shaking well
Pour into a contained for marinating or cover bowl with cling wrap, foil (whatever)
Add meats cut into small chunks this son be skewered (pork, beef, chicken, Susanne, shrimp)
Refrigerate for several hours
Meanwhile cut up the preferred veggies peppers, sweet onions, mushroom caps, tomatoes,
Place veggies in a bowl and pour boiling water over them,
Let sit for 3 - 4 minutes,
Drain
Remove meat from fridge
Thread meat and veggies onto skewers
Grill over fire until desired doneness.
Serve with rice etc.
