1 no 303 can peas
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 eggs hard boiled
3 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
cubes of cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peas and chop two eggs. Save remaining egg for garnish. Combine peas, eggs, celery and onions in a bowl. Thin mayonnaise with the vinegar and mix all together. Slice remaining egg and place on salad. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill & serve.
