4 cups hot water
2 T yeast (saff) buy at Dan's
1 3/4 cups powdered milk
3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar or honey
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
11 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add hot water and yeast. Add milk, oil, sugar, eggs and salt. Next add half of the flour and mix with hands or dough hook. Add 1 cup of flour until all flour is added. Mix with dough hook for another 5 minutes or by hand for 10 minutes. Brush with cooking oil, cover and let raise double. Roll out and cut into triangles. Wrap into croissants. Spray with baking butter. Cover and let rise double.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
