1 cup of petals - put in blender (budding stage, white blossoms snipped away)
3/4 cup of water
1 lemon (juiced)
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg of Pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Blend rose petals with water and lemon juice. Gradually add sugar while blender is running until dissolved. Stir in Pectin into 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Pour hot pectin into rose sugar mixture and run blender again until thoroughly dissolved. Pour immediately into sterilized jars (baby food jars are excellent).
