2 Tbs cornstarch
2 Tbs cold water
2 Tbs honey
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 pineapple rings

Preheat oven to 375. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine first 9 ingredients. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles. Line a 13 x 9" baking dish with foil. Place chicken pieces in the baking dish and brush both sides with the sauce. Bake for 40 minutes total, turning over halfway through. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes. Top with pineapple rings during the last ten minutes.

*This recipe gives you extra sauce to have over rice, if you don't want it then you can half the sauce ingredients. Or just use this sauce as a marinade!
