Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Frozen Tyson Chicken Wing Sections or whatever chicken wings you like

˝ stick of unsalted butter

Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (can’t miss it in the Asian section at the grocery store…red sauce with white lettering and a bright green cap)

2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:

Broil ˝ of a 5 lb. bag of plain frozen Tyson Chicken Wing Sections as directed or the whole bag if you like…just double the sauce recipe.

When the chicken wings are getting close to done, start your:

Spicy Sriracha Buerre Monte Sauce

Buerre Monte is a butter sauce that keeps the butter creamy and unbroken

Take your ˝ stick of butter and cut it into 4 pieces

Bring about 2 tablespoons of water to boil in a small saucepan, swirling around the bottom of the pan.

When the water comes to a boil, reduce heat (the whole goal is to never let the butter boil), and add the first piece of butter.

Stir constantly with a whisk or spoon.

When that first piece is nearly melted, add the next piece and continue to stir constantly, never letting the butter boil.

Repeat until all butter is melted.

Completely remove from heat.

Next, add Sriracha sauce and stir into the butter until you have reached your desired spiciness.

Depending on your tolerance to spicy, it could be a little or a lot of Sriracha sauce.

When wings are done to your desired crispiness, take them out of the oven, transfer to a large metal mixing bowl; and pour the Sriracha Buerre Monte Sauce over the wings. Toss the chicken quickly in the sauce to get an even coating over all the chicken wings.

Serve on a platter with celery and carrot sticks; and your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing.
