LAYER ONE:
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed graham crackers
LAYER TWO:
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. dry vanilla pudding mix
2 c. powdered sugar
LAYER THREE:
9.5 oz. chocolate bar

LAYER ONE: Melt butter and cocoa over hot water. Add powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Set aside. Mix nuts, crumbs and coconut. Add to chocolate mixture. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Chill. LAYER TWO: In saucepan melt butter. Add cream and pudding mix. Cook 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend and spread over first layer. LAYER THREE: Melt chocolate bar and spread over top of layer two. Chill to harden chocolate. Bring to room temperature before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
