3 lbs. chicken - cooked
3 stalks celery - chopped
¾ cup chopped onion
2 garlic pods -chopped
1 jar sliced pimentos
1 medium bell pepper - chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chopped vegetables until tender in 1 quart of chicken stock.

Add chopped chicken, pimento and mushroom to stock toward the end of boiling.

Cook spaghetti till tender.

Mix together and season with salt & pepper to taste, cool and refrigerate.

Actually better the next day as the flavors mingle!
Serve with Parmesan Cheese on top!

* Reserve 1 cup stock in case it is needed later for proper consistency!

Yummy! Mom would make this when we had a crowd to feed! It is really better if made the day before. A great dish to make and share with others or take to a covered dish dinner!
