Ingredients:  
1/4 C sugar
5 T flour
1/4 t salt
2 C milk
1 T butter
1 T vanilla
2 egg yolks unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and salt together in a pan
Add a small amount of milk to form a paste
Add beaten egg yolks and beat well
Add remaining milk and cook over med, heat for 5-7 min. until thick
Remover from heat
Add butter and vanilla
Cool
Place filling into cream puff shells
