3 Jalapeno Peppers
4 bell peppers
1 cup white vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds and run peppers through food processor., leaving a little chunky. Use all juice, slowly boil all ingred. for 10 minutes. Remove from heat .Can add a few drops of green food coloring . Add liquid pectin and boil hard for 1 minute. Pour into sterilized half-pint jars to within 1/2 inch of top. Put on lid, screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Yield 5 eight oz. jars. (use rubber gloves to handle jalapeno peppers) do not touch your face when working with the peppers.

This is good poured over an 8oz. package of cream cheese . Use with crackers and chips.
I gave this as a Christmas gift to the neighbors with a pkg of cream cheese.
