Ingredients:
1/3 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. shredded fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped lean ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. ready-to-bake pizza crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Spray a pizza pan or baking sheet with non-stick vegetable coating and set aside.
Combine the ricotta cheese, oregano and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add parmesan, mozzarella and ham and mix well. Unroll pizza crust onto prepared pan and using your hands, press from the center outwards. Spoon the cheese mixture onto one half of the dough, leaving a 1 inch border of dough between the cheese mixture and the edge of dough. Fold the dry half of the crust over the top of the cheese mixture and press edges tightly closed. Pinch dough to seal it shut. Bake for 8 minutes, then turn over and bake for 7 more minutes or until slightly brown. Cool slightly before cutting. Yield: 4 servings.
