3 medium avocados
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 pods fresh garlic
1/2 medium tomato, seeded
2 tsp. jalapeno peppers, diced
2 tsp. white onion, diced
2 tsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp. cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Place avocado halves in a mixing bowl and mash them to a somewhat creamy texture, but leaving some "chunks" of the avocados in the mix. Add the garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and fold into the mix.

Use a garlic press to add the fresh garlic and fold into the avocado mixture. Fold diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and diced onions into the mix. Add lime juice and stir all ingredients. Add cilantro, mix together.

Cover and chill for 15-30 minutes to let the ingredients set for best flavor.

This is one of those recipes that has lots of options, depending upon your taste preferences. The garlic and jalapeno are optional for those who prefer a less spicy guacamole. Some people prefer it that way, so make it work for you. You may also dice the garlic, rather than using a garlic press. I prefer the press because it captures more of the garlic "juice".
