1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 bag (16oz.) frozen vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 can French's French Fried Onions
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup onion, and 1/4 cup cheese in 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
