1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
4 1/2 T. honey
6 large garlic cloves, minced
3 T. chopped fresh rosemary (1 T. dried)
1 T. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except steak in a mixing bowl.
Pour into 9 x 13 glass baking dish, add steak and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
Broil or grill flank steak to desired temp (about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare).
