4 to 5 Chicken Breasts
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 envelope Good Seasons garlic and cheese salad dressing mix (or Italian dressing if not available)
1/8 c. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten

Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Roll chicken breasts in flour and dip in one beaten egg; roll in crumb mixture. Chill 1 hour. Brown in hot oil in a skillet. Bake at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes. Heat together cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spoon sauce over top.

I like this recipe better with a thinner piece of chicken. You can thin chicken with a meat mallet or slice them in half with a filet knife.
