Hamburger Mixture
3 lb ground chuck
1 head cabbage shredded
1 onion chopped
1/8 c salt
1/2 c parsley
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp oregano

Dough
2 c warm water
2 tsp salt
2 pkg yeast
7 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/4 c shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger mixture together until done and drain well.
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar, salt, and 4 cups of flour and beat well. Ad eggs and shortening. Dump 3 cups of flour on a bread board. Place dough on the flour and knead approximately 10 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and place in refrigerator, if needed next day. If used same day leave out of refrigerator a few hours until dough doubles. Punch down occasionally if put into refrigerator. Roll 1/4 of dough a time until very thin. Cut into 9 squares. Place 2 Tbsp hamburger mixture in center and pinch all sides together. Lay pinched side down on cookie sheet. Bake in 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
