4 chicken breast halves skinned.
1/4 Cup flour.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. pepper.
1 Tbsp. Olive oil.
1 large onion sliced.
1 Green pepper sliced.
1 Cup sliced mushrooms.
1 tsp. dried basil.
1 tsp. dried chives.
Juice of one lemon or lime.
1 or 2 thinly sliced tomatoes.

Directions:

Coat chicken in bag with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Shake well and remove chicken to well sprayed baking dish. In a skillet combine: olive oil, sliced onion, green pepper, mushrooms, basil and chives. Saute' about 5 minutes then add juice of one lemon or lime. Pour all over chicken and top with tomato slices. Bake covered at 375º for 45 minutes or until done.
