1 (11 oz. ) can Mandarin Oranges, drained.
1 Cup coarsely chopped unpeeled apple (1 medium sized Gala is good) Can soak in orange juice.
1/2 Cup diced celery (leaves and all!). 1/3 Cup fat free mayonnaise or salad dressing (I like Fat-free Miracle Whip).
1 tsp. sugar.
1/4 Cup fat free milk.
1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel.
1 tsp. lemon juice. 2 Cups shredded lettuce.
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts.
Green Grapes (optional)

Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Mix next 5 ingredients together. Line large bowl with shredded lettuce. Spoon on fruit. Drizzle dressing onto mixture and sprinkle on nuts.
