1 1/2 Cups cooked pumpkin.
3 Cups all-purpose flour.
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice.
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda.
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder.
1/4 Cup Molasses (Optional).
4 eggs.
1 Cup applesauce.
1/2 Cup nuts.
1/2 Cup raisins.
1 tsp. vanilla.
2 1/2 Cups sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine eggs, pumpkin, molasses, sugar and applesauce. Add to dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla, nuts, and raisins. Pour into 2 greased and loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350º or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
