2 pounds of boiled ham (ground).
4 tsp. finely chopped pecans.
2 Tbsp. of finely grated onions.
4 8 oz. cream cheese bars room temperature (1 1/2 to icing the outside - the rest inside ( 20 oz.).
small can crushed pineapple (optional).
1 or 2 carrots shredded (optional).

Directions:
Mix the ground boiled ham, grated onions, chopped pecans and 20 oz. of the cream cheese together by hand. Line your favorite mold with plastic wrap. then add ham mixture. Wrap it up and refrigerate overnight. Remove pate from mold and then remove plastic wrap, ice pate with room temperature cream cheese. Can be garnished with crushed pineapple or shredded carrots.
