4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
1 10 3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup herb seasoned bread crumbs
8 Tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roll or form a loose pocket of each chicken breast and place into a low-sided casserole dish. In a small bowl combine soup, mayonnaise and curry. Cover chicken with soup mixture and bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350º. Combine cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle over chicken. Then drizzle with melted butter. Bake 20 minutes longer.
