5-6 medium yellow squash
1/2 c. margarine
1 lg onion
1-2 cans chopped green chilis
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c. Monterey jack cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash thick. Cook in microwave until barely soft. Place in 9 x 13" Pyrex pan - sprayed. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Remove from heat. Pour butter mixture over squash. Sprinkle green chilis over onions. Beat eggs well and blend with mayonnaise. Pour over squash. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with bread crumbs. Bake @ 375º for 20-30 minutes and brown on top!
