Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24 ripe large tomatoes, peeled
or 3 large cans of whole tomatoes
3 large red peppers
2 cucumbers, peeled
2 bunches of green onions
(I put in about 3/4 down of each onion)
1 bunch of cilantro with stems removed as much as possible (this adds heat)
2 limes (use all the juice)
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs green Tabasco (you can add more to your liking)
2 tbs ground pepper, or to your liking
2 tbs sea salt, or to your liking
2-3 ripe avocado's

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything but the avocados in the food processor, I leave it a little chunky, but you can do it how you like. When everything is done I cut the avocado's into chunks and put in the salsa. The avocado's will stay green due to all the acid in the salsa. ENJOY!
It freezes well too.

Personal Notes:
This is a favorite at work. It is addicting, so beware. The scoop chips work well with this salsa. Can use crackers too. Some like it hotter, so add more cilantro or Tabasco sauce.
I usually only make half of this as it makes a lot.
