2 cups strawberries; washed, hulled and mashed
4 cups sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 box pectin
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the berries, sugar and lemon juice together in a large bowl. Blend well, and let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine water and 1 box pectin in a small saucepan. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add pectin mixture to fruit. Stir constantly for 3 minutes. Spoon the jam into freezer jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Let stand at room temperature until set (not to exceed 24 hours) Store in the freezer.
