3 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups grated apples
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup raisin
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten eggs, oil and sugar until well-blended. Add apples, orange juice, raisins, dates, nuts and vanilla. Stir. Add dry ingred. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
