1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, well beaten
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar

Melt the butter, and it let cool a little. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla thoroughly. Whisk into the dry ingredients. Spray with waffle iron with Pam. Bake on a hot waffle iron.

I freeze the leftovers.You could mix up several batches of the dry ingredients and just scoop out 4 1/4 cups of dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Tim likes Weggs. Put an egg or two on the waffle iron then put waffle batter around the egg. Spray with Pam each time when you make weggs. I have chopped up apples and added to the batter for a different flavor.
