1 T. butter
2 eggs
2 T. milk
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In an omelet pan (or flat skillet) melt the butter. Whisk the 2 eggs together with the milk.
Pour this into the heated butter and quickly coat the bottom of the pan with the egg mixture. Sprinkle the top with the cheese, salt and pepper. Cook slowly on low. When done, roll into a log and out onto a plate. Sprinkle with Paprika if desired.
