1/2 lb. bacon
3/4 lb. Swiss Cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half & half
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
1/2 c. cottage cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Romano Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble into small pieces. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese and bacon into a pie shell.
Beat 6 eggs, add the half & half, salt, pepper, and parsley and mix well. Stir in the cottage cheese. Pour over bacon and Swiss cheese.
Sprinkle the last two cheeses on top.
Bake 375º for 55 to 60 min.
