25 sm. mushrooms (button, baby-bello's, etc.)
1 sm. onion, diced fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans lump crab meat
Shredded colby-jack cheese
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Butter
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Remove stems from mushrooms and clean with a damp towel. Do not wash. Saute onions and garlic until translucent in the olive oil. Add the crab meat and warm through, although, be sure not to break apart too much. Add in breadcrumbs and butter as needed so that the mixture binds nicely. Fold the shredded cheese into the crab mixture, fill the mushrooms, and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked.
