1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained (cut up if you wish)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella, and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.
3. Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly. (longer if you refrigerated it)
4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.

Can be frozen and thawed out
You can use more Parmesan and less mozzarella if you do not like it too stringy
