2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 onion, chopped
4 c. raw kernal corn
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh chopped sage (optional)
1/2 c. light cream or milk (optional
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and red pepper for 4-5 minutes. Add corn for another 5-6 minutes. Add green onion, salt, pepper, etc. and serve.
