2 pounds Tennessee Pride sausage (hot or mild)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (8oz.) container of French onion dip
1 cup chopped onion
¼ cup each green and red bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (30 oz.) package of frozen hash brown shredded potatoes, thawed

Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet. Drain well. Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until casserole is golden brown.
