4-5 pound rump roast- do not brown
1 can beef consommé
1 package aujus gravy mix
1 package Italian dressing mix
1 cup water or beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the beef consommé, gravy mix, salad dressing mix and water or broth. Put roast in baking or roasting pan and add the liquid mixture. Tightly cover and bake at 325º to 350º for 5-6 hours. Remove from oven, pull apart, and serve on buns with juice as a side dip.
