1 large cans Veg-All, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small onion, chopped
¾ block Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Crush crackers and put on top and then pour butter on top of crackers. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
