Ham Balls:
1 1/4 pounds ground ham
1 1/4 pounds ground hamburger
1/2 pound fresh ground pork
(Or 3 pounds of hamloaf if your grocery store will make it for you)
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk

Sauce:
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in ham balls and mix together. Using your hands sometimes works best to get it good and combined. Roll into walnut sized balls and place in a greased 9x13 pan.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over hamballs evenly. Bake at 350º uncovered for 1 hour. If they start to look too dark on top, you can lightly cover with foil at the end to prevent burning.

These are a family favorite! I haven't met someone who doesn't like them yet! The recipe makes a large batch and they heat up great the next day! Could be used as an appetizer for a party as well in place of meatballs!!
