4 large brown baking potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sharp shredded cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
4 slices of bacon browned and cut into bits
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
2 tbsp milk
Some Parmesan cheese if you have any

Scrub the potatoes with cold water and sink scrubber & stab a fork into each one two times.

Cook in microwave for 10 minutes on high. Turn over and cook another 10 minutes or, until they feel soft on the sides.

Cut them in half and let them cool a bit (if they are still hard in the center, put them back in the microwave for a few minutes more).

Preheat the oven to 350

Once you can hold them, scoop out the potato meat, leaving about a 1/4" of the meat inside. Try not to break the skin but you are only keeping 5-6 halves so you can totally clean out and break a few. Place all of the potato meat into a bowl. Put the potatoes halves in a casserole dish that you can put in the oven.

Add all of the other ingredients to the potato meat, keeping about 1/2 cup of cheese for on top.

If the potato meat isn't hot enough, put the bowl into the microwave for 1 minute.

Stir it all together and place it back into the skin halves with the mix in a heap. Top it with the left over cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
