1/2 (1-lb.) pkg. hot or mild pork sausage
3 white bread slices
1 (8-oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 large eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in skillet until crumbles are done. Drain well.

Put bread slices in lightly greased 8-in. sq. baking pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle half of cheese over sausage.

Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with ham and top with remaining cheese. Cover and chill 8 hrs. or overnight.

Bake casserole at 350 º for 45 minutes

Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9"x 13" pan.
