8-10 small red potatoes
2 T. vegetable oil
salt & pepper
grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut potatoes into thin slices. Great a 9x13 pan with the vegetable oil. Add potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
