2 c water
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c corn meal
1/2 c sifted flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, milk, and salt to almost boil. Stir in corn meal and flour with mixer. Cook a minute and let sit. Beat in egg. Have a skillet ready and hot. Spoon into hot grease. It will brown very quickly. *Use plenty of grease.
