1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. raw white rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Pressure Cooker Method: Mix first 5 ingredients. Shape into 12 balls. Brown in pressure cooker in oil. Drain off excess oil. Pour soup and tomatoes over meatballs. Pressure cook for 8 minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker for 5 minutes off burner; place under water faucet.
