1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 small pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. strawberry juice (from frozen strawberries)
Icing:
1/2 stick butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 box frozen strawberries, well drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare floured, greased cake pan or pans. Mix Jello and water together, set aside. In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, oil, Jello mixture, water, and juice. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased cake pan and bake 25-30 minutes - see cake mix directions for pan size or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Icing: Add butter and confectioner's sugar. Add strawberries very gradually. Be careful that berries are drained very well or icing will be too loose to ice cake.
