1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons shortening, melted or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking power
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Beat eggs hand Beat, Put in remaining ingredients beat until smooth.If you want thinner pancakes, stir in additional 1/4 cup milk or water. Grease and heated griddle.(if you use one or you can cook in a small skillet)For each pancakes pour about 3 Tablespoons batter from tip of large spoon. Bigger pancakes pour from a pitcher onto hot griddle or skillet. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other sides until golden brown. To keep pancakes hot stack on plate and covet with paper towels. You can heat the oven to a low heat and put pancakes in oven to keep hot.
