Crust:
1 stick of butter
1 cup plain flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Blend and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 until slightly brown (usually about 20 minutes). Let cool completely

First layer:
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 cup cool whip
Blend and spread over cooled crust.

Second layer:
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Mix all ingredients well with hand mixer for about 2 minutes on low speed.

Third layer:
8 oz. cool whip
Shaved chocolate (optional)
Add cool whip on top and shave baking chocolate bar on top for garnish. Refrigerate.
